Designed for speed, precision, and clarity of sight picture, our M&P .22 sight kit includes:

• 5 differently colored front sights
• 5 differently colored rear sight inserts
• .059" of elevation shim
  (pink = .015", clear = .008", tan = .004", red = .002")
• Front and rear sight set screw hex keys

Care must be taken with the more easily blemished aluminum slide of the M&P .22 when installing the front sight base. After installation and final zeroing, some areas of the slide around the front sight may need a cosmetic touch up.

With the M&P .22, start with .030" of shim. Amount of needed shim will vary, depending on load and particular barrel.

Approximately, each increment of .002" to .0025 of elevation shim will affect bullet impact by 1" at 25 yards. The M&P front sight base is a press fit and may need to be professionally installed.
